Orskov Yard specializes in surface preparations and coating applications for the marine industry. We have an in-house surface treatment department with all the necessary equipment to handle large and advanced projects. Our workforce is well trained and dedicated for the task of surface treatment.

· UHP water blasting up to 3000 bar
· UHP water blasting robot up to 3000 bar for hull blasting
· Grit-blasting up to Sa 3 – according to ISO 8501-1
· Slurry blasting
· Blast-Rac dustless steel shot deck blasting Sa 2½ up to 5000 m2 per day
· Non-skid coating application covering all available systems
· Ice resistant coatings application with 2-comp heated pumps
· Anti-fouling application, as well as full silicon-based systems
· Re-branding including production of logos, templates, stickers and printed foil
· Marking according to regulations
· Tank coating with a wide range of treatment solutions for all types of tanks
