Three Norwegian offshore ships in for five-year class surveys at Orskov Yard.

Over the past few weeks, our docks 3, 4, and 5 have been busy carrying out five-year class surveys on the AHTS vessels “Skandi Mercury” and “Skandi Hera”, owned by DOF Group, and the PSV “Troms Pollux”, owned by Tidewater, to ensure that the vessels remain safe, seaworthy, and compliant with the relevant standards for construction, maintenance, and operation.

Both DOF Group and Tidewater are frequent customers at Orskov Yard and among the many Northern offshore shipping companies, who trust us for service and repairs because of our flexibility, know-how, and vast experience in maintaining highly advanced equipment on specialized offshore vessels.

At Orskov Yard, we service over 100 ships annually, many of which arrive between charters, requiring complex repairs and refits to be completed within tight schedules, where adherence to fixed departure dates is crucial.
